- Scope of Work: All District roadsides were given two applications of herbicide.

- Crystal Curve Drainage
- Contractor: Gordon Vicini, Inc.
- Scope of Work: The drainage at the S-curve 1/4 mile in on Crystal Blvd. has been a perennial problem with frequent flooding resulting in a hazard to drivers and damage to the roadway. This problem was mitigated by installing a dropped culvert, paving the ditch to prevent erosion and installation of bright fog line markers.
